Buying from our site and the order process

• You can order products displayed on this website on-line or by phone

• When you have completed an order you will receive an email stating the order has been processed. The goods are only confirmed as shipped when you receive a "completed" email from us meaning your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

• We deliver within the UK  (within 5-8 working days) but also offer international delivery to Europe and the United States. Please contact us for postage costs outside of the UK.

• Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only. Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours.

• We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require dictate.

• We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Accepted Payment methods

• We currently debit money from your account within 48 hours after we have received your order through our payment process

• You may pay by any major CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, DEBIT card (UK only) . All prices are in UK pounds.

• If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.

Returns Policy

• Goods will not be accepted 28 days after dispatch date.

• A handling and management charge of 15% will be deducted from the value of returned item(s).

• All postage must be covered by the customer and proof of sending obtained.

• Goods will only be accepted if the product(s) seal has not been tampered with in anyway and is in its original packaging.

• The customer details must be clearly displayed, a reason for the return clearly displayed and a copy of the original invoice must also be sent with the returned product.

• We are not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

• You are  responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.

We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
